**“My name is Adeline Diah. I am a medical doctor specialized in public health with more than 12 years of experience working in non-governmental organizations, and I am also a Certified Professional Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I first discovered LTF on social media in 2023 and decided to take part in several of the workshops.
In 2024, I enrolled in the annual program for several reasons:

First, to have the opportunity to go deeper into the topics that are introduced during the workshops.

Second, to have a space where I could fully live out the values of service, commitment, faith, excellence, and authenticity that LTF promotes.

And finally, to be part of a network of inspiring leaders who are motivated by their faith in something greater than themselves.

This journey has helped me better understand and refine the meaning I give to my activities, whether professional or personal. That meaning is best captured by a quote I came across during one of the LTF workshops:
